專業概況

在這里學什么？ Human resource management (HRM) plays a vital part at every level of all organisations. People are an organisation’s most important asset, so HRM concerns all people and people-related issues. Organisations will only succeed if their people are well managed, motivated, committed and engaged. The University of South Wales's human resources degree will give you an all-round understanding of business and specialist knowledge of HRM. This means you will understand how HRM fits into the bigger picture and be a more employable graduate.Graduates with a HRM degree are highly attractive to employers throughout the world, especially in many emerging markets. The ability to lead and get the best out of people is challenging yet vital for the modern manager, and this HRM degree will prepare you for such a role. USW have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality teaching in this field and we have strong links with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – the UK’s professional HR body. This human resource course is also validated with Associate CIPD membership.
