Designed for teachers who dream of being leaders in the field of education, this is a hybrid program with just five on-campus Saturdays per semester. You’ll fuse theory with real-world relevance. You’ll analyze leadership through multiple viewpoints. You’ll learn to impact lasting change. You’ll promote social justice and equity. You’ll prepare for administrative, supervisory and leadership roles in public and private schools; school divisions; and educational organizations.

This 36-credit graduate program will transform you from a good teacher into a great leader.

Earn Your Administration and Supervision PreK-12 Endorsement

Upon successful completion of program coursework, passing scores on the State Leaders Licensure Assessment (SLLA), and fulfillment of Virginia Department of Education's three-year teaching requirement, candidates will be prepared and endorsed to serve as educational leaders in today's schools and school divisions.
