在這里學什么？ This course is for those wishing to apply for Advanced Entry directly into the third and final year of this course.Studying Business Management and HRM is a great opportunity to gain a degree that is clearly focused on your long-term career prospects in a wide variety of contexts. Whether you are thinking of setting up your own business, working in a large corporation, the public sector or the ever growing tourist industry you will need to possess an understanding of how businesses operate and how skilled managers can contribute to their success. The programme aims to provide you with a foundation in Business Management in general and HRM in particular. The programme will introduce you to the concept of HRM through a range of specialist modules, which will enable you to develop an appreciation of the theoretical and practical issues relating to HRM from a strategic, functional and operational perspective. It considers the key issues in managing HRM in a range of settings and the effects on performance, productivity and organisational reputation. It promotes evidence-based effective practices in learning, teaching and assessment through the use of practical application of HRM activities. There are also opportunities for you to study abroad for part of your degree; the University has connections with other institutions in various countries, including the USA, Australia and Europe.
