This course is designed for Scientists and Engineers who wish to develop their skills in food analysis, authenticity and safety. You will benefit from the use of modern analytical equipment, and a real insight into the latest developments and challenges facing the industry. Your coursework will be underpinned by research, and industry-input, providing you with the best platform from which to deliver relevant and up-to-date analytical science services as a well-prepared graduate. 85% of MSc Analytical Sciences graduates have gone on to employment in analytical sciences and 12% have continued to PhD study - Business Gateway, 2017.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need to have of the following qualifications: a four-year Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised "211" or "985" university with an overall average of 65% (4 point scale 64-67% = C- and 5 point scale 60-74% = C). 70% is required from all other recognised universities in China. Students who hold a three-year college Diploma from a recognised institution will need to successfully complete a pre-masters programme in China or the UK to be considered for entry. A small number of University postgraduate programmes do require a minimum of second class upper classification, or an equivalent. Applicants with lower qualification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis. Students need to have an IELTS overall of 6.5 includes 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening.
