Research into organisational behaviour and human resources is organised and coordinated through the People, Organisations and Practice research team. We are interested in a range of organisational behaviour and human resource management issues that could form a challenging and provoking research project. We welcome proposal submissions from students to undertake research in the following indicative areas, although other areas will be considered: Corporate Social Responsibility within a university/business school context; Organisational Emotions; Sustainable Development; The Relationship between Organisational Aesthetics.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need to have of the following qualifications: a four-year Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised "211" or "985" university with an overall average of 65% (4 point scale 64-67% = C- and 5 point scale 60-74% = C). 70% is required from all other recognised universities in China. Students who hold a three-year college Diploma from a recognised institution will need to successfully complete a pre-masters programme in China or the UK to be considered for entry. A small number of University postgraduate programmes do require a minimum of second class upper classification, or an equivalent. Applicants with lower qualification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis. Students need to have an IELTS overall of 6.5 includes 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening.
