【BC開學季】新學期**課,從認識彼此開始
夏意尚未闌珊,秋風已然送爽。轉眼又是開學季,學子歸巢。告別了沉寂的假期,中加楓華國際學校的校園里到處洋溢著一張張朝氣蓬勃的笑臉,開啟了絢爛的開學季。2016年9月5日上午,高中部的千余名老師和學生在體育館內迎來了與眾不同的開學**課——一場師生見面會。

見面會一開始,Graham Setters校長首先進行了致辭,他表示,歡迎老同學的回歸以及新成員的加入,作為新面孔之一,他也進行了簡短的自我介紹,以及對未來**的暢想,相信在大家的共同努力下,楓華校園將變得更美好,也祝愿大家在學業上都能取得進步。
隨后,楓華高中部的BC老師分別進行了各具特色的自我介紹。
在校園中,最難能可貴的莫過于師生情。通過這場師生見面會,有效消除了學生們的疑慮,拉近了師生間的距離,有利于今后高質量完成學習任務。見面會在歡樂的氣氛中落下帷幕,學生們將帶著校長、老師和家長的希冀,從容的開始新的學習征程。

On behalf of our BC team, I would like to welcome all of the students back to Sino Canada for another amazing school year. This year, there are many new faces, but along with many returning teachers and staff, we are all eager to continue making our school the best it can be.
I am one of these new faces that you will see very soon. My name is Mr. Setters, and I will be your BC principal. I have lived and worked in China for 7 years, in 3 different cities, and have loved my experiences so far. I look forward to working hard for you and our school to make sure you can reach your full potential, and have the greatest opportunities available for your future.
On the BC leadership team, I will be joined by two familiar faces that I'm sure many of you already know. Ms. Pathmarajan, and Mr. Harrison will be your BC vice principals this year. We will be working together with our new BC academic advisors, Ms. H Shannon, and Ms. Juan.
With a new year upon us, all of your teachers would like you to focus on your goals for the 2016-17 school year. Whether you are a new grade 10, a returning grade 11, or a graduating grade 12, you should all be prepared for the challenges, hard work, and excitement that awaits you this year. The more prepared you are, and the more you are willing to work towards your goals, the more successful you will be at Sino-Canada.
Your success is the school's job, your teacher's job, but mostly your job!
