專業概況

The Master of Science in Interior Architecture is a 30-credit post-professional online degree designed for interior designers to pursue further studies in design strategies and research or to develop a specialized area of design knowledge. Our curriculum emphasizes the character and use of spaces, challenging our students to create environments that are responsive to the human experience.

The program’s unique low-residency model allows students to work full time while earning their degree. The online classroom has the same rigor as in our traditional classrooms, and students enrich their online courses with two weekend residencies in Boston that build communication and connections between colleagues and instructors.

This four-semester program includes courses in theory, method, and application. First-semester participants establish a common language and grounded basis for exploration of individual topic areas in the second semester. Third-semester participants begin their thesis work in the intensive setting and continue developing the project in an online studio environment, continuing to completion in the fourth semester.

為來自中國的學生設計 International students who hold a US undergraduate degree or the equivalency of a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. English proficiency score: TOEFL score of 79, IELTS minimum band score of 6.5, PTE score of 53, or a Cambridge English Scale score of 176-184.
