The Lamar University Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Administration allows you to choose a specialty in culinary arts, restaurant management or lodging/properties management. Interaction with industry–wide educators and community professionals will enhance your knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry and provide you a network base for future professional pursuits. Culinary Arts Certificate

The Culinary Arts Certificate, accredited by the American Culinary Federation, will complement your hospitality administration degree by teaching you practical and managerial expertise in culinary arts. You will learn and apply the culinary techniques and management skills necessary to supervise a professional kitchen or food operation.
