專業(yè)概況

在這里學(xué)什么？ This is a joint course, where you study English Literature alongside Education Studies. This programme offers the opportunity to study an exciting range of modules, blending the study of classic texts and literary traditions with current theoretical models for understanding literature as a dynamic, global phenomenon. Our course is renowned for its inspirational teaching and research excellence. In the 2013 National Student Survey (Source: Unistats), 93 per cent of students agreed that staff had made the subject interesting. The course also provides you with a broad and balanced knowledge and understanding of the principal features of education in a wide range of contexts. It encourages you to engage with fundamental questions concerning the aims and values of education and its relationship to societies and to participate in current debates relevant to education.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
