在這里學(xué)什么？

The Master of Media Practice focuses on content production in the dynamic and increasingly global field of media and communications. Areas of study include broadcast and online journalism, media liaison, writing for media, social media communication, feature writing, ethical and legal issues, and international media practice.

This course will broaden your written and spoken communication skills as well as your production skills in print, broadcast and online media. You will also develop a sophisticated understanding of media industries, audiences and global media environments.

This course provides opportunities in all areas of journalism, particularly content production for print, radio, television, online and convergent media. Graduates have established careers in prominent national and international media organisations.

Future study options

Graduates of the Master of Media Practice who have completed a dissertation with a meritorious grade are eligible to pursue a higher degree by research in their chosen subject area.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants need to have one of the following: a bachelor’s degree with first or second-class honours from the University of Sydney or another approved institution; an equivalent qualification that demonstrates sufficient research experience and capability. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.
