Sydney Conservatorium of Music has a long tradition of producing singers of exceptional quality for concert and opera stages in Australia and worldwide. Your development as a singer and performer will be mentored and supported to reach your potential by teaching staff who are internationally experienced active performers, teachers and researchers.

At both an undergraduate and graduate level your focus will be on thorough technical and stylistic preparation for imaginative and engaged performance. Interpretative skills are supported by expert tuition in lyric diction as well as separate language classes.

The Opera Studies program will help you to develop the personal attributes needed for a career in performance, teaching or other fields such as:

中國(guó)學(xué)生入學(xué)要求

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants need to have one of the following: a bachelor’s degree with first or second-class honours from the University of Sydney or another approved institution; an equivalent qualification that demonstrates sufficient research experience and capability. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.
