在這里學什么？The School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences has a thriving postgraduate research programme, with more than 30 doctoral students (on campus and via online learning) currently undertaking innovative research within the School.
Research at the School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences covers two key topics:
Translational Research
Optimum health and wellbeing - CVD & obesity, diet & cancer, public health policy Novel matrices and drug design - antimicrobial & nanomaterial innovations Environmental monitoring - sensors and clean & algal biotechnologies Natural product innovations - new pharma/nutraceuticals, anticancer agents & biowaste products
Practice Research
Innovations in models of health and social care education and practice Medicines use, effectiveness and safety in specific populations Models of public health pharmacy and nutrition to reduce disease risk, burden and improve disease outcomes

為來自中國的學生設計 Students need to have of the following qualifications: a four-year Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised "211" or "985" university with an overall average of 65% (4 point scale 64-67% = C- and 5 point scale 60-74% = C). 70% is required from all other recognised universities in China. Students who hold a three-year college Diploma from a recognised institution will need to successfully complete a pre-masters programme in China or the UK to be considered for entry. A small number of University postgraduate programmes do require a minimum of second class upper classification, or an equivalent. Applicants with lower qualification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis. Students need to have an IELTS overall of 6.5 includes 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening.課程信息
